We have decided to celebrate the launch of Collected curiosities, the eagerly anticipated part two in The Time Traveller’s Herbal series, with a small number of beautiful launch celebration packages.
This top tier package is a collaboration between Amanda and her mum, textile artist Jean Edmiston, created in response to a conversation arising from the stories of ‘quiet activism’ and the travelled routes which inform Collected Curiosities.
Inside the one of a kind Botanica fabula tote bag dyed using hibiscus and red cabbage, with iron from the disused mines which cross Jean’s home in Scotland’s Southern Uplands you will find not only a signed first edition copy of Collected Curiosities, but also a limited edition card telling a secret story of Hibiscus, printed on recycled card, three handprinted envelopes of wild crafted or organic herbs which feature in the book for you to start your recipes and an invite to a special live online book launch and Q and A.
